Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 9:30am – 6:00pm

The Village of Five Parks Depot is one of the gems of our community! The Depot is located next to our community pool with a beautiful mountain view backdrop and glorious views of the Denver skyline! Many of our signature community events are hosted in and around the Depot.

The Depot is available for rentals for private events by residents and non-residents of the community.

Rates listed are per hour and are based on whether you are a Five Parks Resident, Five Parks Business, or a Non-Five Parks Resident or Business.
